Each layer of the SF19+ range offers a unique level of quality, performance, and versatility.
3 In 1 Design
certified 3 in 1 product, providing high-performing insulation, vapour control layer (VCL), and a radiant barrier—all within a single product.
Achieve Building Compliance
Meet or exceed project requirements, whether used on its own or in hybrid solutions. Rigorous testing ensures compliance with the latest building regulations.
Sustainable
SuperFOIL is manufactured from up to 40% recycled plastic content and is fully recyclable at the end of its 50+ year lifespan.
Reflective/Radiant Qualities
SuperFOIL is highly reflective, acting as a radiant barrier preventing unwanted heat loss & gain. This keeps you much warmer in the winter as well as cooler in the summer. The reflective surface of SuperFOIL is also perfect when it comes to lighting, brightening up the area for a more useable loft space.
Vapour Control Layer (VCL)
The built in VCL minimises the risks of moisture penetration, condensation & mould growth. Additionally, the inbuilt insulated waddings act as an effective insulator, preventing heat from passing in or out of the house. With SuperFOIL’s vapour control products, your property will always be protected from temperature fluctuations, cold spots and condensation, ensuring year-round comfort and savings.
Space Saving
Due to its multifunctional design, SuperFOIL achieves maximum performance while maintaining a slim profile. Using it in your loft achieves top quality results, without having to sacrifice your floor storage area. SuperFOIL is the perfect option when combined with loft boarding/storage, due to you not needing any floor based insulation between the rafters. The floor boarding can be put straight onto the rafters without the need of balancing stilt legs for a suspended boarding system. This minimises costs in relation to storage areas & gives you a much stronger, safer & sleeker floor to walk on with the increased head height.
Step 1 (Survey Assessment)
We survey your property, and give recommendations on the most suitable insulation. All options are non-obligatory but if SuperFOIL is the best option for you & you decide to go ahead, the surveyor will calculate your measurements/pricing & arrange appropriate install dates.
Step 2 (Pre-Install Preparation)
Our highly trained installers will arrive at your property & carry out a pre-install inspection to ensure everything is safe and fit for install. All protective sheeting/equipment will then be setup in preparation.
Step 3 (Install)
The installers will then commence work, cutting, attaching & sealing your SuperFOIL to the designated areas to manufacturers guidelines.
Step 4 (Post-Install Evaluation & Clean Up)
On completion of the job, the lead installer will show you before & after photos, explain what has been done & offer to show you the work and run through any questions you may have. Once you are satisfied that everything has been done to the right standard there will be some post-install paperwork to complete, which we can then document to issue your warranty.

The R-value of SuperFOIL insulation varies depending on the type of Foil being used & where its being fitted. For SF19+ which is our more common type of insulation here are the R-Values
CORE - 1.63 (R-Value)
ROOF - 2.53 (R-Value)
WALL - 2.96 (R-Value)
FLOOR - 4.29 (R-Value)
Reaction To Fire (Euroclass) - Class F
Its very difficult to identify how long an install will take without seeing the project. Once the surveyor has been out to see you to access the property/task at hand, we can then give a much more accurate timeframe to complete your project.
SuperFOIL comes with a 25 year manufacturers guarantee as standard. But your foil should last closer to 50 years, possibly even longer - its built to last & we rarely have any issues with this premium insulation.
Yes, best case scenario would be that the re-roof doesn't involve the replacement of your main roof trusses. Most re-roofs are just the replacement of membrane and tiles which means your SuperFOIL insulation would remain in tact & wouldn't be affected. If the woodwork does need to be replaced the SuperFOIL can always be taken down and reattached to the new trusses, once the roofing work has been completed.
Regarding loft conversions, the process is very simple - the only additional work that would be needed is the installation of wooden battens across the face of the SuperFOIL, to create an additional VCL layer on the front face of the foil which can be plastered/boarded over.
Mostly our installers work in a minimum of a 2 man team.
